It was very bad experience
Positive: Normal
Negative: The landlord exploited the situation by deducting 700 dirhams due to a minor stain on the wall.
The delay in entering the apartment was due to the person being an hour late.
They refused to help us carry our belongings to the apartment, claiming that no one was available to assist.
خصم مبلغ 700 وذلك بسبب اتساخ قليل فالجدار بدون وجه حق والصوفا علما بانه لم يكن منا والبقع عباره عن شي لا يذكر ( ارفاق صور الملاحظه من المالك ادناه )
التاخر في عمليه الدخول حيث تاخر الشخص الذي ينقلنا للغرفه
لم يساعدنا احد في حمل اغراضنا للغرفه وذلك بحجه لايوجد احد لمساعدتنا وقمنا بحمل كل الاغراض بمفردنا دون مساعده
اجبارنا في وضع مبلغ تامين 2000 درهم

We had a great time at the apartment, we enjoyed it.
Positive: We liked property location in Creek Island, nice apartment, facilites were great & it’s very clean area. We really enjoyed our staying at Creek Rise 1.
