Negative: Hello. Already 3 weeks they not sending deposit back. I'm writing to them they ignore me .

Positive: Location and apartment are nice, so clean and beautiful
Negative: Worst company ever meet, they made parking card after 7 days after check in, before you every time need to please security to open the gate and explain who you are. After they provide parking card it’s not working because need any docs to activate it.
Security deposit was not refunded. I asked to refund cash after check out but they can’t because of holidays and office was not working. Promised in the morning after weekend, then told 5 days need to wait. Normal dialogue only about money to pay to them, when you need something- so long answers
