One night family stay for church conference Positive: Very clean and comfortable apartment. Modern inside and out. Pity our stay was only one night so didn't get to make the most of the facilities. Exceptional help and responses to queries. Negative: I think the deposit is very steep. AED 1,500 is a deterrent. Hadn't seen the requirement when I booked but may have looked elsewhere if I'd seen it. Might want to look into this to lower it.

Positive: Was clean and in a compound. Proximity with Al Hamra mall, other activities. Staff was pleasant. Negative: The fact that we have to read a full contract of 7 pages for a 3 night stay which does not make sense - we are frequent travellers and know perfectly how to behave in these vacation home or apartment. Moreover, the decor of the apartment, which was more sophisticated not really convenient for a beach getaway (as per my humble opinion of hotelier) Was expecting something more cool and relax. I love gold but not for this occasion ;) Also there was no view...only on apartments !!!
