Negative: Firstly we reached early on the location,we're trying to call the number registered to ask directions to check in( after paying online) but the man rudely answered us, And told us till we have to pay 1500aed deposit then he will assist us. This is very bad customer service,he ahould atleast assit as as we are already on the parking area. We wanted to cancel and get the full refund but they rejected the request online and keep insisting we have to pay 1500 aed. Location is difficult for guests without personal car as it is inside residential area.
