Brand New Studio in Marina - RAK

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! Positive: Nothing at all! Negative: Our stay was honestly disappointing. We booked a 1-bedroom, but the apartment turned out to be a studio. Even worse, when we pointed it out, they said “the ad heading says studio,” completely ignoring the fact that the booking gave us the option to choose a 1-bedroom with 76 m² space, which is exactly what we selected. They also said they couldn’t move us to a 1-bedroom because they were fully booked. This felt very misleading. The place also didn’t have enough bedding for 4 people even after confirming it twice, and they only arranged it after we complained. On top of that, we saw cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, which is unacceptable. Communication wasn’t great — delayed replies, calls not answered, and very limited support when issues came up. They also weren’t flexible with check-in/check-out. The location is very inconvenient — far from the city, nothing nearby. No groceries, no proper restaurants, and every trip required a 30–40 minute drive. Even the security deposit was handled poorly. They initially said it would be refunded upon checkout, but during checkout they suddenly said it would be transferred later, which was not what we were told. After repeated messages and reminders they transferred a day later. And the checkout instructions were unnecessary — asking guests to clear garbage, clean dishes, gather towels, etc. Not something expected in a paid stay. Overall, the listing didn’t match reality and the service was frustrating.

A perfect stay with excellent service and a fantastic host. Positive: The room was clean, comfortable and exactly as shown in the listing. The service was outstanding especially from Mr. Mike who was calm experienced and made us feel right at home. Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like everything met is more than exceeded our expectations.

Positive: من أحسن الاماكن التي أقمت فيها في رأس الخيمة الموقع ممتاز وهدوء المنطقة وقربه من البحر و اماكن الترفيه والمسبح الجميب بالاضافة الى نظافة الاستوديو وتوفيره كل المستلزمات الاساسية و لا انسى شكر خاص للأخ مايك كان في انتظارنا عند الوصول وكان يتواصل معنى طيلة ايام الاقامة للاطمئنان على راحتنا فعلا اشكره واقدر تعامله الراقي و المحترم One of the best places I've stayed in Ras Al Khaimah. The location is excellent, the area is quiet, and it's close to the sea, entertainment venues, and the beautiful pool. In addition to the cleanliness of the studio and the availability of all basic amenities, I can't forget to extend my sincere thanks to my brother Maike, who was waiting for us upon arrival and communicated with us throughout our stay to ensure our comfort. I thank him profusely and appreciate his high-class and respectful treatment🤍
